Z [Lab] : Fausto IR. 2020

The infrared video recording Fausto IR originates from a camera test conducted by Los Cometa Brass (Dalila Real and Leandro Rosati) on February 11, 2019 at Z[Lab] - a creation laboratory centered around an infrared videographic device installed in complete darkness during Augusto Zanela's exhibition in Room E of El Cultural San Martín, Buenos Aires.

The monologue - a fragment from the opening scene of M.A.L. / Mercados Asociados Limitados, a work written, directed and performed by Leandro Rosati and Los Cometa Brass - was recorded during ASPO (Social, Preventive and Mandatory Isolation) in May 2020 and sent via WhatsApp. The soundtrack was produced separately during ASPO in June 2020 by Luca Zanela. Each recording was made independently without prior connection.
